32As they went out, behold, they brought to Him a dumb man,
who had been demon-possessed.
33And when the demon had been cast out, the dumb one spoke.
And multitudes marveled, saying, Never was it seen like this in Israel!
34But the Pharisees said, He throws out demons by the ruler
of the demons. MKJV |

- In the verses to follow
Matthew 35-36 it is recorded that, "Jesus went around all
the cities teaching and healing the people". However concerning the dumb man,
the word "healing" is not used, but rather the unclean spirit was cast out.
Making the point again that sickness and disease can be the result of an unclean spirit.
- After the healing miracle, the multitudes marveled. We should not be
amassed by the supernatural, Their marveling is a form of unbelief,
called hardness of heart.
When God's supernatural power is present, we need to expect the
supernatural.
- The Pharisees did not disbelieve the healing, they acknowledged the
miracle. Their criticism was towards Jesus whom performed the miracle.
