  • The veil refers to the curtain of separation in the Tabernacle between the holy place and the Most Holy Place. In the Tabernacle system, the Most Holy Place could only be entered once per year, on the day of atonement. Now we can freely come into the presents of God.
  • God has opened the curtain, inviting all men to come to Him. The veil was torn from the top to the bottom, not from the bottom to the top. This signifies that it was torn by God and not by man.
